Jonard Development Foundation (JDF)
The Jonard Development Foundation (JDF) is a public charitable foundation founded in 2017 but restructured in 2025. JDF supports innovative sustainable community-driven development in Uganda.
JDF supports communities through positioning to sustainably organise and address systemic barriers that perpetuate power imbalances, social injustice, and poverty, hindering sustainable development. JDF believes lasting change is possible when communities initiate and drive their development agenda.
JDF enhances community growth and sustainability through capacity development, community philanthropy, and local giving.
